John, if they have multiple numbers, would you want all of them exported or just the one marked ‘Primary’? I’m guessing ‘all’.

The toughest part of this is how the Client Notes are to be arranged. ie do we provide one set of notes per ‘Group’ for the appointment, or a seperate record for each Individual?

Any comments (from anyone) on how this would best be done would be welcome.

Also – invoicing – is the same amount to be charged per Client or are there exceptions?
