Included in next release v3.5. Hover over the ‘Cancelled’ checkbox to see the Reason in the tooltip.

Implemented for upcoming version 3.5. Because many Practices do Invoice Cancelled appointments, we can’t simply automatically delete Invoices when an appt is cancelled. We will first see if an Invoice exists, and if it does, the User will be prompted as to whether they want to delete it.

This would be overkill for most of our customers. Possibly one day, but realistically not in the foreseeable future.

Agreed – we are adding an ‘Address Book’ which will store these details and allow them to be linked to the Client record.
The plan is to include an Import/Export function so that they can be extracted from Outlook or other programs that use the vcf or csv formats.

Maybe I’ve missed the point (please correct me if I have), but you can do this now by selecting the documents you wish to add and dragging them into the Documents section.
myPractice will iterate thru them and add each one to the clients record.
As I said, if I have misunderstood, please let me know.

not sure if i explained this enough. not to chart the K10 done on only one appointment but all the K10 scores for the all appointments for the client.
