Be able to create recurring client appointments, and be able to edit single appointments with out changing the whole series. Also be able to edit a single meeting time with changing the whole series

Completed for v3.5.
Client Recurring appts will continue to be handled by the ‘Copy Appointment’ functionality in the Appt Book. Editing of single appt times without changing the whole series is implemented.
