At the moment when you make a client inactive it seems to apply to all other active clients whose name starts with the same letter. So when you try to make an appt for a current client whose name starts with the same letter it comes up as inactive, and you have to manually scroll through the list of names to find the client. This is time consuming as the number of clients grows
