Put Practitioner into referal report for statistical purposes

With DOHa funding I need to find out how many services I have done in a particular town but the GP's refer also to our Dietition or speech pathologist in these towns so I need to be able to tease out each persons stastics

        I would find this useful too so I could track which referrers are referring to each psychologist in our practice.
