Have the option to create templates for adhoc sms messages sent to clients for follow up .
This allows for reminders to bring referrals, etc rather than having to type them each time when it is a recurring theme

Not a bad idea – but we have to weigh it up against all the other requests. The more people that vote for it the more weight it gets :)
