Add pdfs to the possible documents for Letters.

Then we could store and print off pdf handouts on 'Letters' and it would document what was printed off for each client. This is valuable for patient education.

A 'Resources' section and the ability to store details in the client record of what has been printed/handed to each client has been completed. For release in V4.0 July/Aug 2012.
