I suggest you ...

allow more than 1 practitioner to be assigned to a client

When more than one practitioner is treating a client, allow all treating practitioners to have access to the client file.

Practitioner ‘Teams’ are planned. A Client will be able to have a ‘Team’ assigned to them instead of a single practitioner.

Looks like we are talking about being able to define Practitioner 'teams' that can be assigned to a Client. We've always been very strict on who can access case notes - limiting it to the single defined Psychologist by design. But I understand the requirements better now and will put some further thought into how we can implement it securely.

We sometimes have clients who will see one psychologist for their workcover matter and another psychologist for their relationship issues. The other day we had a client in desperate need who had one session with a different psychologist because hers was not available. We also have clients who have switched psychologists (sometimes more than once).

So we can get an idea of what priority this should be, can you give us some idea of how prevalent this is? The concept of "Multiple treating Practitioners" has only ever been raised once before and at the Practice in question it was a 'once-off', therefore we discarded the idea.
