Agree that this would be nice to have. We are currently focussed on managing the tasks of the day-to-day running of a Practice and attempting to provide a solution for those.

I see this suggestion as a true Customer Relationship Management option and not a something that is a day-to-day Practice Management Task – hence it’s not our highest priority.

Well, well here it is!!! I recently contacted MyPractice regarding this very useful feature but it seemed like no one else wanted it??? Huh?? Staying in touch with clients is VERY powerful. Not just for marketing but more importantly for sending coaching tips, reminders, congratulations and many other messages of support and encouragement. Which can also be offered as a valued-added up-sell.

IMHO this feature should be standard for a CRM software package like myPractice. I am considering Jcurve as they can add the exact features I want including autoresponders and autoSMS's so I don't have to remember to do it myself or use multiple services.

Of course I feel for the developers as there are obviously so many feature requests it must be difficult to put it all in. I hope they take a closer look at this feature and realise exactly how useful it is.

Keep up the good work guys.... :)
