        Re the Dymo: Thanks - I'll look that one up. It sounds like its a popular one. I've hesitated actioning this in the past because many makers have their own special programming interface and it means programming individually for each printer.

        there is a DYMO that you plug into your computer. Its quite intuitive and can make labels off the word documents. very easy to use. I know a lot of other practices use this too.
