  This has been implemented in version 3 - a warning shows in 2 places.
  1 - next to the Clients name when selecting it in the Appointment Edit screen and
  2 - In the Appointment within the Appointment Book itself - it shows a "$" icon and when you hover over the Appointment it will display how much is owing.

  Agreed - we'll add a popup message showing the amount outstanding and enable a link to the Invoice section so the User can quickly switch screens.

  Could we have pop up that will appear if a client tries to book and they have an 'outstanding account'. This is to ensure that anyone who makes the appointment is aware that the client is owing, and can action it before another appointment is made.
