SEND POP UP NOTES TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE, OR TO RECEPTION SO IT WILL REACH ALL RECEPTION STAFF
At present practitioners can't send a pop up message to reception in general, they need to know who is logged on at reception to send the not or can only send to one receptionist.

have the appiontment book and client details on the same screen
I would like to resize the windows so they are both on the same screen. that way saves me flicking back and forth. there is no need for all the screen to be taken up by client details

Going to wait on this one and see if others have an interest in a similar layout before ruling it in or out. (it’s not a simple change unfortunately) However, I can see it could be useful, particularly if you have a large monitor. Possibly not so much for the average laptop screen.

User Administration- add more security features
the different users should only be allowed to access their own financial reports and no other user. there should be an option to allow no changes to any other users invoicing except their own.

I can see that for Solo users a logical incremental numbering system would be logical. (our current system generated numbers were designed with larger practices in mind – where people on multiple computers may be adding Clients – ie it was designed to ensure no duplicates across a Network). Thanks.

It would be great if the invoices could merge with Saasu accounting. If you don't know Saasu, it is a cloud based accounting package recommend by CPAs. Its brilliant. I have used MYOB for 8 years and this is so much more intuitive.

Be able to look at the appointments history (date & consultation type) in client details
I would like to be able to look at the client appointment history when in client details as it appears you can only go into the invoices at present to do this.

Hi Vicki, I understand what you are saying, but I’m not sure why the invoice screen, or the Client Statement that you can print from the Invoice section of the new version wouldn’t provide enough info.
I guess I’m asking what it is you are wanting to see that is available in the Transaction Report and not in other areas, so that I can assess how urgent this is.
Also, you can filter the Transaction Report by Client just by typing their name in the Client Box above the Grid of results eg get all transactions for 2011/2012 and filter by client. GG

Make it so you can tick and un-tick the sms and email boxes within the reminder area
When you have more than one template for client sms or email, it would be much easier to send them if you could tick and un-tick the appropriate boxes within the remminder area rather than having to go back into the appointments and do each one individually. This also applies to some one you want to send an email to a week ahead of time and a sms to the day before their appointment. This way you can send specific email and sms templates to specific clients without having to leave the reminder area. This will save a lot of… more

add more detail to the next of kin details
When working with children it is important to be able to record parental contact details.This may mean that clients have two next of kin. It would be helpful to have the ability to enter these details and to link them in the letter editor function.

Emailing invoices - remember email address from Client Information
We email all our invoices, it is time consuming to enter the address in manually each time. Would be great if My Prac could access the email address from client info and autmatically use this when sending the email through outlook.

Efficient Creation of New Client in Calendar Section
When creating a new client through calendar, Allow parent names & hm address to be recorded in this section rather thn opening the other section for entering client details. This takes so much extra time.

Appointment Search Details
When you do a search to see when patient's have an apointment, it should have a column saying who the appointment is with. In our rooms they may see the dietician and the podiatrist and you have to go into each appointment to see where there podiatry appointment is.

Create a field where it is easy to see the number of appointments a client has per year
The Medicare system for psychologists means we need to track how many appointments a client has in a calendar year. It is easy under your system to track how many under each referral however, at the end of each year when the referral may cover a period in each year, it becomes difficult to easily determine how many appointments in a calender year are left (without manually counting). I would like to see at a glance how many appointments left under a referral and how many total have happened in a calender year.

list a summary of appointments by date
I want to push a "history" button and have all entries be listed from most recent backwards. then when a recent patient comes back I can see any phone messages left, my past treatment and xrays etc.

Have the option to create templates for adhoc sms messages sent to clients for follow up .
This allows for reminders to bring referrals, etc rather than having to type them each time when it is a recurring theme
