I would like to suggest you develop follow up reminders for practitioners to be able to follow up clients that have cancelled and havent re-scheduled their appointments or for clients that havent replied to referral recieved letters

I would like to see the transaction report for invoices and receipts consolidated so that you only get one report with all details.

Auto Email to practioner of New Client Booking
When booking in a client for a therapist it would be good if an auto email was generated and sent to the therapist to let them know of the new booking. It would help to prevent surprise clients turning up.

Emailing invoices - remember email address from Client Information
We email all our invoices, it is time consuming to enter the address in manually each time. Would be great if My Prac could access the email address from client info and autmatically use this when sending the email through outlook.

Efficient Creation of New Client in Calendar Section
When creating a new client through calendar, Allow parent names & hm address to be recorded in this section rather thn opening the other section for entering client details. This takes so much extra time.

Appointment Search Details
When you do a search to see when patient's have an apointment, it should have a column saying who the appointment is with. In our rooms they may see the dietician and the podiatrist and you have to go into each appointment to see where there podiatry appointment is.

Create a field where it is easy to see the number of appointments a client has per year
The Medicare system for psychologists means we need to track how many appointments a client has in a calendar year. It is easy under your system to track how many under each referral however, at the end of each year when the referral may cover a period in each year, it becomes difficult to easily determine how many appointments in a calender year are left (without manually counting). I would like to see at a glance how many appointments left under a referral and how many total have happened in a calender year.

Direct Email Import
Create the ability for emails to be directly imported into a "holding" area of myPractice. From here you could select which client the email should be attached to which will allow you to quickly and easily attach emails to client records.

list a summary of appointments by date
I want to push a "history" button and have all entries be listed from most recent backwards. then when a recent patient comes back I can see any phone messages left, my past treatment and xrays etc.

Have the option to create templates for adhoc sms messages sent to clients for follow up .
This allows for reminders to bring referrals, etc rather than having to type them each time when it is a recurring theme

Add pdfs to the possible documents for Letters.
Then we could store and print off pdf handouts on 'Letters' and it would document what was printed off for each client. This is valuable for patient education.

increase search functionality of clients to include last name and client ID.
Would be great to be able to search for a client in the client search bar by typing in surnames or client id.

Add to the referral section an hours category. Not all psychologists have clients who have sessions
Add to the referrals an hours category. Not all clients of a psychologist have a set number of visits or months a lot of them have hours also which would make record keeping for these clients a lot easier.

Add icons to the patient's appointment in appointment book showing when referrals and xrays have been attached to patient file.

Automatically link a phone call from the appointments calander to the client details
It would be good to be able to use the myPractice calander for everything, instead of having the outlook calander for reminding me to make phone calls and the myPractice calander for appointments. It would be good to be able to record a phone conversation in an activity in the myPractice calander and have it be recorded in the phone calls history.
